In this workshop we will blend Yogic, Shamanic, Tantric, and Taoist practices to guide you to reconnect with your body’s natural flow, align your energy centers, and awaken your innate ability to create and manifest from a place of deep embodiment.

We focus on awakening and aligning the energies of the root, womb, and heart, opening the energy pathways through movement, breathwork, and massage.

We bring back the aliveness into the hips, the lower belly, the yoni. We rest again in the powerful creative capacity of the womb as the portal to the divine, releasing any energies that no longer serve us on our ongoing journey. And we invite the heart to open, embracing our softness, letting go of the hurt…
